Vivi La Falce
Vivi La Falce, Argentina, has become one of the most renowned DJs in Buenos Aires and Europe . Since 2001 she has been performing in some of the most well-known and famous milongas of Buenos Aires, for example Salon Canning, Obelisco Tango, Abasto and El Arranque. She has performed at major festivals in Argentina, Uruguay and in the most famous tango events and milongas in Europe during recent travels. Her goal is to promote tango by introducing the Buenos Aires milonga style internationally , adapting it to the expectations of the dancers at each milonga in every country.
Igoris Subarov
Igoris Saburov, Lithuania , is a tango DJ who specializes in music from the Golden Era. He is known for his ability to openly respond to the interests of the dancers in the milonga . Igoris has presented his music in many countries in Europe, including Belarus (Minsk), Belgium (Bruges, Mouscron, Antwerp), Estonia (Tallinn), France (Paris), Germany (Kehl, Veckenstedt), Italy (Bolzano, Noci, Merano, Reggio Emilia, Turin, Milan, Treviso), Latvia (Riga, Jurmala, Jumurda), Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas, Panevezys, Nida, Palanga, Klaipeda), Poland (Warsaw, Torun, Olsztyn), Portugal (Lisbon), Russia (Pskov, Moscow), Spain (Nerja) and Ukraine (Kyiv).His remarkable ability to adapt musically to his audience has made his reputation as one of the best current tango DJs in Europe.
Omar Saab
Omar Saab, Härnösand, Sweden who’s love and passion for tango music shows in his choice of songs for each tanda. His style is rooted in the traditional Golden Age of tango, but he is open to playing almost anything that fits the mood. As a DJ, he always tries to play beautiful music that is well balanced in rhythm and melody and very much in tune with the current atmosphere. He has DJ-ed in the U.S., Lebanon, Greece, Norway, Denmark, and several places in Sweden.
Eva-Lena Ahlberg
Eva-Lena Ahlgren, Linköping, Sweden, started DJ-ing in 2007, which is about the same time as she took up tango dancing. Tango music has fascinated her, and she never gets tired of listening and dancing to it – “you discover something new all the time in the music”. She is a DJ regularly in Linköping at Milonga la Barranca. In addition to gigs in Sweden, she has also played in Norway, Denmark, Austria, Italy and Germany.
Her choice of music is mainly tango from "The Golden Age". The music is of course prepared in advance before a performance, but the final result is created during the evening. Each milonga is unique with its’ flow, rhythm and taste!
Carlos Arenas
Carlos Arenas, Umeå, is a passionate tango dancer and DJ. To create the right atmosphere, Carlos plays carefully selected Argentine tango music from the 30s, 40s and 50s. Carlos is a member of Umeå's tango association Tango Norteño. Carlos' latest gig was in Buenos Aries.

On the dance floor
There are many rules at the milongan. Some of them are more like guidance. MLT 2024 brings together experienced dancers from all over the world and we have different backgrounds. To take into account our different cultures, we have copied a link with some guidelines, worth reading and considering.
